He found himself homeless at 19, in and out of prison, bad credit, a reposessed car and $.93 to his name before he hit rock bottom and asked "what do i do now?". He was able to pull himself out and now lives an inspiring life helping others to realize their full potential and reach for the dreams.

April Tam Smith traveled to South Africa to serve in an orphange where she found a sense of fullfilment and purpose like she had never knwon. April knew she had to find a way to translate her experience of serving and generoisty to her life back home. So April and her business partner started P.S. Kitchen to support the global missions they were passionate about and give back in a sustainable way.

May is Lupus Awareness Month and we are thankful we had the opportunity to capture and share the story of Lizeth to help spread awarness. Her story deals with the frustration and pain of struggling with a chronic illness that has no cure but choosing to find power and purpose in it. Lupus is an autoimmune disease that causes the body's immune system to become hypteractive, attacking its normal, healthy tissue. Currently, 1.5 million Americans have been diagnosed, 80% of them being women.
